What is edoam?
edoam connects candidates with mentors, obsever progress, issues certificates, and exposes candidates to its rich network of mentors, recruiters and project communities. It is a place to become a master through physical mentorship trainings.
What can I find here?
Candidates/Qualified Job Seekers, In-person Training Courses, Mentors, Verifiable Certificates, and a tree of passed down skills
How are certificates verified?
Each certificate can be connected to its underlying training and certification information. scan the code on the certificate. Or go to certificates and enter the certificate number in the form. Information about the certificate, training coverage and trainers will pop up
How do I enroll to a training program?
All trainings and mentorship programs are in-person. Go to courses. On your desired course click enroll. You will be contacted to finalize the enrollment.
How do I become a mentor?
Go to mentorship and click "become a mentor". Fill the form that opens and submit. You will be contacted to assess your qualifications and plan your onbaording. Note that here, a mentor is anyone who is good at what he/she does, earns a decend amount of money from it, and is willing to teach others in physical setting (not online)
How do I get listed on edoam job seekers?
If you take a training or mentorship program with us, you will automatically be listed, but you decide whether the public can see your profile or not.
If you did not take our training, you will undergo a video interview for all positions you are qualified at. The interview is in-person, but recorded so that recruiters can see, if they wish to. You will be interviewed separately for each role with practical challenges to solve in that role

Is Edoam Interview Free?
No, the charged a fee to cover for the time of the professionals interviewing them, for the photograpers and for the video editing. But candidates don't pay upfront. Once you get a job through our platform, you will then pay in whatever installments you are comfortable with, or you can do a service for edoam to cover your interview cost
Is Edoam for all nationalities?
Edoam was created to force growth among Cameroonians, assisting them create a richer presence in and out of their country. But edoam extends its service far and beyond so anyone in the world can become a candidate. If edoam base is not currently in your country and you want it there, feel free to contact us. we will establish partnership with you.
What is the difference between the mentorship and training?
Training program trains you for a job, mentorship program molds you to become a partner with the mentor.
